Designed with advanced technologies, the system will revolutionize surgery by enabling learning healthcare research, developing surgical best practices, delivering personalized patient centered care, and improving patient outcomes. At ION Medical Safety we prevent medical errors and save lives.
The PRECISE TECH Corporation, a for profit public benefits corporation, will offer the PRECISE Surgical System™ and ION Life application to surgical facilities at zero cost. Each custom system implementation will include trainings and certifications, clinical pathway franchising and medical malpractice insurance offerings generating hundreds of millions in revenue.

Position is part-time working an average of 10 hours per week. ION Medical Safety is a start-up where team members work for a future benefit, including stock options and potential income compensation with benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a qualified COO to join an ambitious healthcare development organization. The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership while managing all operations of our healthcare organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides executive leadership and mentorship for all operations.

Develops and implements programs and services through collaboration with the leadership team.

Accountable for quality control and assurance, delivery system programs and services, client satisfaction, financial positioning, human performance and development, physician relations and business growth.

Establishes and maintains an environment through which relationships with stakeholders (patients, physicians and contractors) are actively developed and nurtured for mutual gain.

Oversees the development and implementation of designated area policies and procedures and assures compliance with organizationally based documentation.

Monitors outcome measures, program outcomes, performance improvement, and utilization review management to adjust as needed.

Works to assure compliance with regulatory agencies.

Executes and monitors the revenue cycle.

Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial statements.
-
Holds functional directors accountable for meeting financial and development plans.
-
Establish, monitor and communicate organizational performance metrics with comprehensive programs such as Balanced Scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS:

MHA, MBA, or equivalent degree required.

10 years of progressively responsible experience in health systems operations.

Leadership with 5 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role in healthcare.
