The PRECISE TECH Corporation, a for profit public benefits corporation, will offer the PRECISE Surgical System™ and ION Life application to surgical facilities at zero cost.  Each custom system implementation will include trainings and certifications, clinical pathway franchising and medical malpractice insurance offerings generating hundreds of millions in revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective:

 

The Director of Administration position has primary responsibilities for gathering, managing and communicating requirements that will be used to deliver solutions to our internal and external clients. It also involves working closely with business associates to ensure their needs are met.

 

This role requires strong communication skills, a systematic approach to delivery, and a good understanding of end-to-end business processes across different functions. The primary functions of this role will include, but not limited to driving the delivery of technical solutions to support the scalability of business operations as our sales force grows exponentially. This position involves regular communication with business stakeholders and is accountable for driving the requirements, planning, and execution of tactical and strategic initiatives.

 

In this role you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering and assisting with high level systems design. From a Project Management perspective, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, while providing support to internal teams, as well as act as a single point of contact for assigned clients. Additionally, you will lead planning/coordination of projects with a tactical and strategic eye to streamline the teams’ ability to effectively utilize timelines and acheive business objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Be the driving force for the team to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met, and projects are executed following defined processes.

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings.

  • Ability to conceptualize, apply, analyze, and evaluate information to determine solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and estimate level of effort and manage development.

  • Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks.

  • Understand and document current state of business processes including data flows and recommend system improvements/modifications with enhancement requests.

  • Contribute to best practices for requirements/process design documentation and other IT processes.

  • Drive business stakeholders’ strategic vision while maintaining day to day operational efficiency

  • Provide concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks, and recommended actions to be taken.

  • Prepare and have input in critical presentations for fundraising and management.

  • Work with management and marketing on development of brochures and presentations.

  • As needed, create/document use cases, data flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, workflow diagrams, screen mock-ups, etc. The role will also be validating system design against requirements.

  • Lead project status meetings with clients and internal teams.

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues.

  • Extract internal user processes and review project requirements within departments.

  • Create and maintain project plans and business requirements documentation.

  • Performs other duties as needed.

  • Own and manage the Office 365 SharePoint databases.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

​

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or System analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience.

  • Working experience with Microsoft’s DevOps or other Agile Software Development Planning tool

  • Significant experience in a fast-paced business environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task across several projects supporting multiple business departments.

  • Working knowledge and experience with Office 365 and SharePoint.

  • Ability to truly thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong technical aptitude, analysis skills, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings

  • Can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

  • Understanding of software engineering and web development would be a plus but not required

  • Healthcare experience would also be a plus but not required.

  • Must be hands-on, roll up your sleeves person.

  • Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.

  • Working agile/scrum knowledge with experience how to break down work from business requirements to technical features/requirements/tasks.
