EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY​

​Bruce Offutt is an accomplished Senior Executive and Entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the chemical, defense, manufacturing, services, automotive, and aerospace industries. Leveraging extensive experience as a financial leader and strategic business partner, Bruce is an invaluable asset to organizations looking for solutions in a variety of areas that drive increased profitability and cash flow through improved processes and efficiencies, employee engagement and cultural paradigm shifts, determining IT system weaknesses, compliance, and improving overall productivity. Bruce’s broad areas of expertise include business and financial analysis, aligning financial capabilities and organizational results in a broad range of business environments.
 
Throughout his career, Bruce has held many critical leadership positions. Presently, he serves as Chief Financial Officer at Cone Drive, an innovative manufacturer of solutions for precision motion control and mission-critical applications with locations in the US, China, and Europe. In this capacity, Bruce works to improve efficiency, technology and accounting systems, drives cash flow and seeks ways to improve cultural compatibility among international locations. Previously, Bruce served as VP of Finance and Information Technology at Specialized Management Services Group; Division Controller at Eaton Corporation; and Director of Finance at Honeywell.
 
Bruce earned his BA in Business Administration from William Jewell College, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northrop University and a JD in Corporate Law from The John Marshall Law School. He is actively involved in a number of nonprofit and professional organizations, including serving for several years as Chairman of the Humanitarian Operations Project Earth board, an NGO established to serve to provide resources and capabilities in conflict zones and international communities where human life and the environment are in peril, as well as the Boards at both Honeywell and Reliant.
