Mr. Norris is a veteran healthcare information technology executive. He has over 30 years of experience managing high technology projects and working with hospital clinical teams. Mr. Norris has experience with high technology firms including - Kodak, Hughes Aircraft, Rockwell International, Symbol, Applied Materials, Hitachi Data Systems and Micron Computer.
His healthcare information technology experience includes Systems Integration Consulting, Pharmacy Management and Technology and Healthcare Quality Management. He has supported major Electronic Health Records (EHR) information technology projects at over 35 different hospital systems nationwide. His experience includes directing and managing projects for University Health Systems, Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Dell Health Systems, Healthcare Information Technology Consulting Firms and Optum.
Mr. Norris holds an Associates degree in Letters, Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management from The Pennsylvania State University - State College, Pennsylvania.
He has obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management in Malibu, California.
Mr. Norris has obtained extensive hard science credits maintaining a 4.0 average from Brunswick College in Supply, North Carolina and has pursued significant studies in Healthcare Sciences at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.
